Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and BIBB PowPCo Digital Communities Inh. Martinez Valero (“BIBB,” “we,” “the company,” or “us”).

By purchasing or downloading any of the products on https://bibb.pro you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

Term	Definition
Item	Any digital product sold through BIBB; an Item may contain one or several files.
End Product	A customised implementation of the Item (e.g. a unique finished Power BI dashboard, wireframe, documentation, or prototype created for a specific client).
Authorized User	The Customer and the Customer’s employees, consultants, contractors, and agents who use the Items under this Agreement and for whom access has been purchased.
Lifetime Access	The user has access to the digital service for as long as the service exists and BIBB remains in operation. If the service is discontinued, access ends.
Yearly Access	Access to the digital product for one year from the purchase date, including updates released within that year. Renewal requires payment of the then-current fee.

2. Provision of Access

Subject to your payment and compliance with this Agreement, BIBB grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited licence to use the purchased Items in unlimited projects (commercial or personal).

You may create unlimited End Products for yourself or clients. End Products may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed, or freely distributed.

2.1 Number of Users

The maximum number of simultaneous users is specified at purchase and in your receipt. All users must belong to the same company or household that purchased the product.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

Use the Item to create an End Product for personal, client, or commercial use.
Sell, license, sub-license, distribute, and make unlimited copies of the End Product.
Combine the Item with other works to create derivative works.
Use the Item multiple times in multiple projects (multi-use).
Publish the Item in your team library or share within your organisation if you purchased the appropriate number of licences.
Modify or manipulate the Item as needed.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Share the Item’s download link publicly or distribute it with Figma public access.
Include any Item design files as-is in an End Product.
Redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files—alone or bundled—even if modified.
Redistribute or make the Item available as-is or with only superficial changes.
Permit End-Product users to extract the Item for separate use.
Publish the Item in a team library or grant edit permissions if you purchased an individual licence.
Resell, lease, licence, or sub-licence the Item as-is.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once a purchase is completed.

Customer satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. BIBB will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and (at BIBB’s option) defend BIBB and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third-party claim that your data—or its use under this Agreement—infringes or misappropriates that third party’s intellectual-property rights. You may not settle any claim against BIBB without our consent. We reserve the right to defend ourselves or participate in the defence with counsel of our choice.

6.2 Limited Warranty and Liability

Items are provided “as is.” BIBB makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. BIBB shall have no liability in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise arising from this Agreement or your use of the Items.

In no event will BIBB be liable for personal injury or any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or similar damages (including lost profits), even if advised of the possibility. Your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the Item.
